From time to time the posts some of us make to USA-Carry may clash with the opinions of other patrons (human nature), who are just as entitled to their opinions as you are to yours. Two opposing & expert points of view make for an interesting thread & patrons learn a lot by following those that add to your knowledge of something, e.g. "A Glock is this, while a Colt is that!" In the end those who started then added to that thread, or those who just followed that thread or posted into it have learnt much more about both weapons than they started with even if they stayed in lurk-mode just taking notes and following links. That is how good patron-posting forums add to this online site/asset that has but one real goal: to keep us 2nd Amendment legal, up to date with the science of many weapons, the state by state intricacies of the CC permit privilege and the thousands of laws that govern their use or misuse. :police:
The 'Off Topic' forum is a great place to vent controlled anger at those who would disarm us, not @ each other! At times opinions drift off-topic or get to be 'my way or the hi-way' taunts, flames or threats, I fell into such a trap and I am lucky I still have the latitude to remain a patron after mending fences with this site's owner, removing whatever posts I made that offended any others and made the effort to admit my past mistakes in this very public forum. Posts are controlled by well defined codes and pretty liberal ones at that, like Luke does not edit or black-out your words even if he may find them obtuse. Those rules of common-sense decent behavior can be found in the FAQ section and other parts of the USA Carry domain. They do provide recourse for problems that left to fester escalate, then turn into cyber-wars unchecked. There is an an internal message link directly to Luke M. on most pages of this site. Please avail yourself of it if you ever want Luke's prompt action to restore the professional general harmony of USA Carry. Just as you would approach the owner of a local range if a patron started acting abnormally in a gun/shooting establishment you frequented or came in drunk and started shooting-up the patrons and the place with threats or bullets. Difference being that to get through to the firing line of a good local range normally costs you some cash! For the registered patrons of USA Carry this remains a free service for you, and a very expensive & time consuming venture for the owner of USA Carry!
Fail-safes are set up to help report violations of posted unsuitable material whether it be Spam, copyrighted material posted to the Gallery, defamatory words or altered defamatory pictures, or subject matters best left to lesser no-controlled gun-related web-sites, where flames, obscenities or way-OT subjects not relevant to the purpose of USA Carry are the only things you will find visiting there, plus enough pop-ups, invasive cookies, virus threats and ads to choke a mule! This place (IMHO) is a LOT classier than those cyber-joints ever will be. Preaching to the choir of solid USA Carry patrons with about 10,000 years of combined experience behind them who seldom/if ever drift away from educated and informative posts and discussions they make on a regular basis is NOT required nor does this post equate to me sucking up to Luke. I blew it a month ago, and Luke gave me a 2nd chance to return which IS rare, so this post is my way of thanking him for his patience with me, his professionalism as a web-master & more so a skilled arbitrator. He runs a damn good site and grants us the latitude to get pretty vocal, but when it comes down to it a good maxim for USA Carry may be: don't join USA Carry looking for a fight with its patrons. If your posts add to the group then you are a professional armed citizen and welcome, if they cause trouble then you will get warned, if that does not sink in and you shoot off another SABOT round, then expect your username and password to fail. No probs just sign in with a new handle, well your I.P. addy nails you to who you are or once were! This is not much different than joining and patronizing a local good range or gun club, but this one is online. If you went into a nice local range and started busting-out the respected patrons your membership would probably be terminated.

Bravo! As i said in the other thread i will keep my bickerings off the public threads and not post anymore demeaning pictures in the PUBLIC gallery. I truly hope i did not ruin anyone's visit to this truly great forum, or cause undo angst and frustration to the owner Luke M. I truly try to treat everyone as i would like to be treated and am sorry if some people are not man enough to handle problems on their own. Also lets not make this whole debacle a one sided story, C-L was not an inocent victim as you can see by visiting the Citiezens Arrest thread/ my profile where the bashing he did of me was not removed (by my choice) where i was wrongly accused of being latino (which i dont have a drop of latino blood in me) and i was bashed for speaking my mind. In closing i appologize to C-L, Luke M, and anyone else on this forum i offended and i will try to be contribute in a more positive way from now on. Thanks!
