Obama is about to sign away our sovereignty to the United Nations in December while he will attend the Copenhagen meeting on “Framework Convention on Climate Change”. I have also attached a file of the entire treaty that Lord Monckton refers to. Nothing could be more threatening to our liberty than this meeting in Copenhagen and this treaty Obama will sign. | The Supremacy Clause merely establishes the Constitution's supremacy over state constitutions. It also allows treaties entered into by the government to trump the laws of the States. It doesn't say that if a treaty is signed that conflicts with our Constitution, the treaty wins. When it says "any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding", it is refering to the constitution of the states, not the Federal Constitution. EDIT: I'm not saying that this treaty is a good idea or something that we should support. I'm just saying that a treaty does not trump the Constitution.

I am not saying I agree with his & his followers assessment, I am saying that's what the ones that can make it happen right now are saying... And nothing less than a Change of Power in the Legislative & Executive Branches or a New American Revolution can or will do anything about it... Look at how many decades its taken to get D.C. and Chicago in front of SCOTUS on the Second Amendment... It takes so long, that generations grow up accepting Constitutional Infringements as the Status Quo...
