Basically 220 to 215 along party lines. Coa, La, was the lone Republican vote. Gov Track does not have vote posted yet.

It will now go to the Senate for a vote. Here it may be passed as is, hacked into a Senate version or voted down. If it gets voted in the President must sign it into law, which we all know Obama will do.
