Wow, it seems they come earlier and earlier as we move forward, I thought it would be cool to get a running tally of potential candidates (of course other than the "messiah") This guy has my support: Check out YouTube for GARY JOHNSON.. From Mr. Johnson's website: http://johnsonforamerica.com/issues.php Freedom to Bear Arms Gary believes in the individual right to bear arms and upholds the US Constitution and its Second Amendment which protect that right. Gary understands the clear crime prevention benefits of gun ownership and the freedom to carry a concealed firearm for self defense.

I see a different idea, not so much a better idea.

Think I'll stick with Mike Huckabee. Maybe we'll get lucky and have a Huckabee/ Palin ticket.

I know Glenn Beck (and some of us) are preaching "purity" - meaning vote for the truly conservative candidate, not the GOP hack. And understand, I think the GOP has let us down mightily. However, if we split the ticket, chances are very good that the Demoncrats are gonna stay in power. Do we continue to hold our nose and pick the lesser of two evils? Or go with "purity"? My thoughts right now are to go with the truly conservative candidate and screw the GOP. Then, the demoncrats will stay in power another term but maybe the sheep will wake up (but I don't have much hope of that). Another point is whether the country can (God help us) withstand another Obummer term of office with the Demoncrats holding sway in Congress. Your thoughts?

I could easily go for Gingrich/Keyes or Huckabee/Keyes or Gingrich/Huckabee. If Newt & Keyes were to debate Obama/Biden O&B had better have duct tape around their heads to keep from explodin'. Gingrich & Keyes are the two smartest dudes I've seen in a long time. Keyes is brilliant.
