Default McCain: U.S. Neighborhoods Need Iraq-style “Surge”

Between a rock and a hard place. Does anyone else think that it is beginning to look like we are in a lose, lose situation?

Some choices are worse than others though.

I sense that Alex Jones is jumping to conclusions here.
Quote:
’somewhat like we use in the military…You go into neighborhoods, you clamp down, you provide a secure environment for the people that live there, and you make sure that the known criminals are kept under control. And you provide them with a stable environment and then they cooperate with law enforcement.’
McCain is describing a longstanding law-enforcement strategy that has been used for decades, and trying to make it sound like it's something new that has come out of the military. He didn't say anything about using the military to accomplish this.

Lame? Probably. This is a thoroughly unoriginal idea that was used in Jacksonville a few years ago, actually.

Ominous? No, not unless he actually plans to impose martial law, something he didn't say here at all.

I think we have to understand that McCane although perhaps a better choice than Obama is only marginally better. He is not our savior. We have come to believe that as long as a bureaucrat calls himself a Republican then he is o.k. and the great hope of all man kind. The reality is that both parties are full of those that think the NWO is the hope of the world and are therefore no friend of our constitution or the freedoms we believe in.

Seems like a bunch of conclusion-jumping using typical liberal scare tactics. Have any of you heard the one about Blacks losing their right to vote if the Voting Rights Act is not renewed? They seem to forget that the Fifteenth Amendment guarantees that the right to vote cannot be denied or abridged on account of race; the tactic is to make anyone who opposes renewing it seem like a racist. The same methodology is being used here; basically anyone who supports John McCain is someone who supports the "military industrial complex" going into Black neighborhoods and killing Black people all in the name of maintaining law and order.

If you find both candidates so completely unpalatable that you can't vote for anyone with a realistic chance of winning, why not get involved yourself and try to draw some attention to what you believe is important? If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. All you need is a website and a compelling message - you can start hitting up the blogosphere and small local media outlets for publicity.

Who was the last blue collor president? Money makes the vote count and the world is not sure whom can keep the economy going best at this point. Big oil has us all by the short hairs.

That would be a good idea, but even if someone emerges who does do that, at the end of the day, everyone knows that the nest POTUS will be either Barack Obama or John McCain.
