Good cause? Do newspapers or other media outlets have to demonstrate good cause to excercise their rights in CA? Nowhere in the Constitution does it say "good cause" actually, I believe the words are "keep and bear" and "shall not be infringed upon." I don't need no stinkin' good cause...

Thumbs down

This shows that what the government gives, it also can take away. That's why the whole idea of licensing gunowners is just to have a list of "where the guns are" when they decide to revoke the permits.

A good cause would be a recall petition, I do believe hers is a elected position, if not then recall the bozo that gave her the job.

Unfortunately, these laws are based on the CA state Constitution, which is phrased differently.

Amen, brother! My stinkin' good cause is that I have the right to, simple as that. I don't need to show just cause to exercise something that is a right.

If the American voter doesn't wake up and see the truth...and quickly....this wont just be a California issue. Obama WILL disarm us all and we will go from citizens to subjects. Even Colin Powell has bought into the lies. I am disappointed and frankly, scared. We are on the doorstep of Socialism.

Then put out a recall on them and lay the heat right at the source of your misery. FYI her job is a elected position here in MI so she would be directly accountable, sounds like something that needs to be done there.
