Voted YES on prohibiting lawsuits about obesity against food providers. (Oct 2005)

Voted NO on prohibiting product misuse lawsuits on gun manufacturers. (Oct 2005)
Voted NO on prohibiting suing gunmakers & sellers for gun misuse. (Apr 2003)

So it's not okay to sue the food manufacturer if someone gets fat, but it is okay to sue the gun manufacturer or seller if someone gets shot . . . There must be some mistake . . .
