| I believe the Heller decision had a little to do with the fact that not long ago this same court said that the police do not have to protect individuals, even if they have a court order of protection. http://www.nytimes.com/2005/06/28/po...otus.html?_r=1 Im wondering why no lawyer has put gun ban cities on trial for gun ban laws. The ban is diminishing their right to protect themselves and others. |
