 Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Holds that the Second Amendment Applies to the States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Holds that the Second Amendment Applies to the States: What a load of crap, they are trying to pull over on us... In Regards to the ruling by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Holding that the Second Amendment Applies to the States... Am I the only one that sees a huge problem with this ruling as it stands? Allowing the BAN of any firearm anyplace is a clear and concise infringement of the second amendment... What is the NRA/GOA/SAF doing about pursuing this, and the parts of the Heller decision that actually allow a BAN of firearms, the States do not have any right to infringe upon the Second Amendment anymore then the Supreme Court does... It appears once again that the NRA/GOA/SAF is letting us down like they did with the FOPA Act of 1986 and the NICS Improvement Act of 2007... Please tell me the NRA/GOA/SAF is not going to let this ruling stand as is, unchallenged... We need to light up our Representatives in Washington on this one AND THE National Rifle Association, Gun Owners of America and the Second Amendment Foundation.
