I know it's probably not going to be a popular thought, but everyone, even a sitting President, no matter how we feel about him, needs a life. We pay for everything they do. We paid for Bush to fly home to Texas to his ranch. We paid for Reagan to land at his Library in Ventura County. (I used to watch the chopper fly overhead when I lived in Simi Valley!) We paid for Kennedy and Clinton to be disgraceful. We pay for Senators' yacht trips and golf games and their hobnobbing with the rest of the world. We paid for Lincoln's theater trips. We now pay all their pensions, so in fact, we are still paying for their nights out. I don't think it's such a big deal. Yes, it's our money, but what can we do about it? I'm looking on the bright side. At least he ate with the regular folks. I would not like to be holed up in one place forever, no matter who was cooking for me or what they made. I'll give him credit for getting out and about and amongst the rest of us. It doesn't matter who you are, isolation will kill anything! But I know that's what many of you here would like to see. J/K!

You know what, I don't want to get started on this subject. All I have to say is, if Obama can make the decision to treat his wife to the extravigant trip to N.Y.C., then he needs to whip out his own cash or credit card and pay for it. If he can't afford it, then sit your ass at home.WE NEED TO STAND UP for what's right. End of subject.
