Keyes vs. Obama 'eligibility' trial date set

Howdy folks!

Despite the U.S. Justice Department urging the Judge to throw out the case via a motion filed last Friday, Keyes vs. Obama is proceeding through U.S. District Court in Santa Anna, CA.

In a hearing held today, U.S. District Court Judge David O. Carter set a trial date in the Keyes vs. Obama case for January 26, 2010. The defense Motion to Dismiss the case will be heard on October 05, 2009. If the case is allowed to proceed, a Discovery hearing will take place on October 05, 2009.

Counsel for the Plaintiffs, Dr. Orly Taitz, included Lucas Smith on the discovery witness list - apparently in the effort to submit to the Court the "Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate" document that Smith has been circulating about the Internet and to prompt forensic examination of the document.

So, it looks like the heat continues to rise on The Joker. And the dramatic, outstanding questions persist surrounding The Joker's eligibility to serve as POTUS.

HUGE NEWS! FEDERAL JUDGE Carter sets Trial Date for Obama's Eligibility!!!

The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010, just 4 1/2 months
from now!

I and many other concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing
today in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack
Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in
Chief.. About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the
lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other
records that he has hidden from the American people.

Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama's request for dismissal
today, instead setting a hearing date for Oct. 5, 2009 since Obama's
attorneys had just filed the motion on Friday. He indicated there
was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is
arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe
that. I guess Obama would prefer a "kangaroo court" instead of a
Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama's motion for
dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will
force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if
he has one).

The judge, WHO IS A FORMER U.S. MARINE, repeated several times that
this is A VERY SERIOUS CASE which must be resolved quickly so that
the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold
that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of
war. He basically said OBAMA MUST PROVE HIS ELIGIBILITY to the
court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their
President!

The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything
they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter
would have none of it and cut them off several times.. Obama's
attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing
looking defeated and nervous.

Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution!!! The truth about
Barack Obama's eligibility will be known fairly soon - Judge Carter
practically guaranteed it!

A California judge today scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010,
for a case that challenges Barack Obama's eligibility to be
president based on questions over his qualifications under the
requirements of the U.S. Constitution.
If the case actually goes to arguments before U.S. District Judge
David Carter, it will be the first time the merits of the dispute
have been argued in open court, according to one of the attorneys
working on the issue.
In a highly anticipated hearing today before Carter, several motions
were heard, including a resolution to long-standing questions about
whether attorney Orly Taitz properly served notice on the defendants,
which she had.

Honestly, I don't know what to make of this whole birther issue anymore. Some woman in Hawaii who works for the government division responsible for birth records claims to have "seen" Obama's birth certificate. Well gee, that makes me feel a whole lot better! Because she claims to have seen the birth certificate, it must exist, right! That must mean that if I claim to have seen Bigfoot, then he must exist too, right?

On the other hand, there are those who say his birth certificate has been provided, and others who say it was proven a fake. I honestly don't know who to believe anymore. What I do know is that it is he who is in the White House right now and that it is he who is running the country into the ground spending money that we don't have.

Just because you've seen a strippers chest...doesn't mean that is real either....A lot of people get all wrapped around the axle about what looks good but...they won't do you any good in the long run because they aren't real. They are full of toxic goo that will eventually kill the host.

A lot of claims going around but the public has not seen it. I could claim to have seen Elvis in the store the other day but that does not make it so. The one thing that is for sure is that Obama and company have spent a whole lot of taxpayers dollars fighting this. That is enough to make me wonder what he has to hide.

Exactly. An innocent man has nothing to hide. We'll see what happens. I hope he is exposed for the fraud that he is and impeached. tfo

This Judge is a true Patriot!!! Now hopefully this issue can be put to rest for good. I just hope the powers that are in office dont try to silence him for good before January.

Well, I couldn't agree more. First off, he didn't have anything to hide, then why not show proof of your birth cert to the American public when first asked,why go through a court hearing and waste our hard eaned money.
