| I don't think talking about doing something deserves being awarded the Peace Prize. This should be reserved for actions not words. However, working towards nuclear non-proliferation is not "disarming America". We tried this in the past with some success, not enough but some. Obama is full of words on this issue, let's see if he can match them with actions. |

| We tried S.A.L.T agreements and every time the soviets broke the agreement. As if we did not know they would. One of their leaders made the statement one time that they would bury us and we would sell them the shovel. The only thing I would disagree with is that instead of selling it we would give it to them.
