2 questions for fellow Arizonian's

1) who else here has a membership to Shooter's World (SW) in Phoenix.

And

2) How would you like to get together to go shooting, either in the desert or at SW? It would be cool to meet some of you.

I live in North Phoenix.

I look forward to the new SW opening in January at 86th ave and Cactus, mileage wise the current location will be closer, but the new one is going to have state of the art range lanes and such.

Cool. Hope you find out if they are running the specials up to and beyond the grand opening, which is the beginning to middle of Jan.

They are running SO many specials. including entry into a raffle held at the grand opening.

I am going tomorrow (Sunday) to get my new Kimber. CANT WAIT!!!!! wish they were open NOW.

What type of shooting are you used to? I have a group that goes out to the desert. We are mostly defensive and tactical with multi-target, barricade, cover and situational.

I had almost forgotten I put this post up. I did get my membership to SW and really enjoy the range. I also would like to go out to the desert to shoot objects other than paper. I went out a few weeks ago to Table Mesa exit off of I-17 and we shot up about 3 cases of diet pepsi, a worthy target (I'm a coke drinker). When might you be going out again? do you go to SW every? maybe we could meet there and then see how it goes.

We will probably go out in a week or two, I'll let you know, I'm not a SW or any range fan. Scott
