Good for her! Each States should be different. If she wants to create a militia to guard her State, good luck to her. With the way she is and her State being treated by the guv, she should form her own country.

Good for her. Would not surprise me to see nobammy nationalize her national guard when they needed it the most.Always good to have a back up.
Good Idea Other states should follow her lead. You have to cover yourself or get hit harder.
