Need a Lawyer Looking for a lawyer in Pulaski County area. I live in Sherwood where they gave me a home business license. When the Code dept saw I was working on guns, they stated I was manufacturing and took my license away. The ATF sent them a memo outlining that gunsmithing is a service and not manufacturing. They went to bat for me to get my license. This idiot at the code department even tried to tell me that I could not take learn to take guns apart in my home.

wow....if ATF is on your side that says something....you probably have a good case for a civil suit
