    Default BBQ question

Ok, I'm taking a trip away from guns/ammo/carrying arena at this forum and out to the deck to light the grill...

A question please: Which is more important for a great BBQ, the cut of meat you are going to cook or the beer your gunna drink while you burn it?

Might just be me but I always enjoy the beer more than the cut of beef.

Seriously though... the cut of meat. The marbeling has to be just right for either BBQ or grilling. And if it's a real prime cut, it ain't beer! It's Jack, up, maybe rocks.

Grilling is not BBQ, just saying. Actually I believe that both are important as combined they make a masterpiece of flavors. So, good meat and good beer and you can't go wrong.
