Newbie from Seattle Wa

Not only am I new to this forum thing!!! but fairly new to the gun world. I have been around guns most my life, but had never fired one nor could I tell you anything about the type of guns my stepfather had. With that being said. I now own 3 firearms Ruger 357 6" cz 9mm and Taurus 327. Anyway what I am really interested in is, where I can go fire my toys outdoor. Any info would be great. Thanks.

What legal ruling describes or indicates that the use of your fathers products (Safety Bullets) would in fact, relieve the owner and user of such products, in a manner consistent with their descriptive usage, in the owners designated firearms, that would hold them Not Liable for potential prosecution under the Florida Child Access Prevention Laws, as passed in 1989?
