I live in Ohio an I been looking for smith & wesson m&p shield to buy but they are on back order but I'm going to Texas Aug 1st for vacation and wanted to no if I could buy a gun in Texas if I'm from Ohio and bring it back to Ohio without breaking any laws I'm flying back and I no I can bring it back in my check bag if anybody can help or no anything about this
