I had the Ruger LC9 . I got rid of it after shooting Kimbers and S&W shield. The LC9 didn't fire as well after shooting them.

Go with the Kahr PM9 or CW9 and you will not be disappointed. Kahrs trigger is far superior to Keltec, any Ruger semi-auto, or the S&W Shield. The PM9 is their top end model but I prefer the size of the CW9. Not too small but VERY thin. When I first got the CW9 I was amazed at how well it shot and how little felt recoil there was. It conceals great and stands up to daily carry very well.

I was carrying a Sig Sauer P239 until I picked up a S&W Shield this past week. The Shield is much lighter and thinner than the Sig and I believe it will be easier to conceal in summer months. Although I love the Sig the Shield is a fine weapon for concealed carry and is well made and has an excellent trigger as well.

PF9 is great for conceal no fun to shoot. Same goes for the Ruger. Glock 26 fits best for me as I like to practice a lot. Never had one of these fail yet.

Sig P290- great CCW, they still need to work out some rough spots, such as the heavy rough trigger pull, and occasional dim tritium sights. mine is on the way back to Sig for front sight replacement and trigger refinement. By the time it's returned it should be the ultimate CCW. it's small, relatively light and incredibly accurate out of the box.

I ditto the LC9. not as much kick as the PF9. I moved from my Keltec P3AT to the LC9 and have been VERY happy that I did. love it.
