I have a custom built Colt using all Colt GI parts with the exception of the Essex frame. Parkerized finish. GI sights, short trigger set at 4.5#. Very tight pistol, absolutely not slop in the slide to frame fit, no downplay in the lugs, bushing fit very closely as well. With a sight upgrade this would make a very good target or carry gun. Always goes bang! Finish has some flaws (light parkerizing) around the front strap and bottom of the frame. $550.00 OBO. Would prefer FTF in Nebraska, but will ship.
