Laughlin is 1 hr 36 min each way from Las vegas with zero traffic.

This guy wants his firearm quickly, perhaps to quickly.
He has cash, and is ready. ready to buy ASAP? I for one, if a Nevada resident, would not sell anything to this guy. FFL with NICS is the only way to go. IMO. Can private parties access NICS for private transactions?

For the record, ASAP meant within the next few weeks, I had no problem waiting for a background check or even waiting for the gun to ship (if I had to order one). I am however also always willing to deal with Private Citizens on firearms as it is should be our right as Americans to do so.
