For others having the same question; NO the Holster will not fit the M&P line.
I know, I have 2 and tried 'em both. The trigger guard on the M&P is larger and will not allow the gun to fit fully.

I don't have access to one of those. Not really sure. I thought one of my M&Ps would fit, but the trigger guard space on the holster was smaller and prevented full insertion.

The XD is not on the AG's list of approved firearms so most dealers here don't have them. It would be difficult for me to find one and try it for fit. I guess it would come down to your willingness to buy and try.

Nice rig, won't fit my 1911 Springfield though. Maybe I should buy it then tell my wife I have to buy a gun to fit it, yea right!

Actually, FWIW, my Galco 'Concealable' for my Glock 27 accepts my 3" Kimber beautifully! You might want to try that 1911 before you blow it off...
