    Default WTB: Remington 870 ~$200

I'm looking to get an 870 that I can use for trap and maybe start a tactical build. Doesn't need to be anything special so I'm trying to spend around $200, depending on condition of course.

I go to a lot of gunshows and it's hard to find an 870 for that price. It's pretty hard to find a nice Mossberg for that price although I did pick a Mossberg up for $175 but it was a beater.

Frequent the gunshows and stay hooked to Armslist and Craigs list in your area. Your not supposed to list guns on Craigs List but they are on there all the time before they get flagged.

Woah, I had no idea about Craiglist. Thanks for the tip. I suppose I could go up to $220-250 for the 870. I've seen new models for sale at $280+ so I just assumed used models would be less.

Well they are really popular guns and popular guns don't lose as much value. I would think your best bet would be Craigs List as most 'gun people', who know prices, would not use Craigs list, or maybe I should say, most who aren't 'Gun People' might probably only use Craigs List.

    Good luck.

I have a Remington 870 that started out as a tactical-extended magazine and shorter barrel from factory- and I have purchased an additional barrel (bird barrel) and chokes as well as rail foregrip trijicon night sights on tactical and red front on bird barrel and adjustable stock. All parts (including original stock) accessories and 870 can be yours for $325 plus shipping and FFL fees. This has been fired 2 times in each mode and works like a champ. PM me if interested and we can go from there. Thanks and good luck.
