Default open carry?

What is the law for open carry in CA? I am an out of state resident and will be spending time in CA's backcountry soon. Not hunting, just camping. What am I allowed to do concerning weapons?

Default OC in Ca.

You might want to take a look at www.opencarry.org, specifically the forum about California: http://opencarry.mywowbb.com/forum12/

Remember to always look up the local laws, as OC in California varies from Jurisdiction to Jurisdiction. Look at the state specific details on there: http://www.opencarry.org/ca.html
