Like the title says-What exactly is a Class D liquor license? How about a D-6 and D-8?

Assuming you're asking about state liquor licenses for Pennsylvania this is all I was able to find. No idea what the 6 or 8 means but the below implies its some sort of distibutor.

Club (C) & Catering Club (CC)
