A number of IWB (Inside the Waist Band) holsters are constructed such that you can tuck your shirt into your pants and over your weapon and holster.
I am going to carry my Glock 23 with my Blackhawk Serpa Holster under an untucked shirt. However, I would like to know alternative methods if my shirt has to be tucked in or if the climate is too warm/hot for a jacket/sweater/coat.
I don't like the fanny pack look, either.

You might want to look at the Cross Breed Supertuck. I wear one sporting a G36, any where from 16 to 18 hours a day and the thing just keeps getting more comfortable.
Good luck and God speed
State and local politicians should be on notice: the Second Amendment is a normal part of the Bill of Rights, and it is coming to your town.”

I have a Blackhawk Serpa holster, if I wear a jacket or anything else that covers my waist.
I ordered a Cross Breed Supertuck the other day and am waiting on it to get here, but I also have a C-Tac which I currently have attached to my side and can hardly tell it's there.
I am carrying the 23 also.
