No. Unless you live in Illinois, Vermont, or Wisconsin, you must have a carry permit from the state in which you reside.
i have a valid az ccw non resident permit but live in new jersey. will centre county pa accept an application from me with an az ccw permit and a nj drivers license to obtain a pa non resident. just wondering if its worth it to fill out the paperwork?
