    Default Utah CCW Processing Time

Utah just charged my credit card on June 11 for the application fee. For people who applied in the last six months or so, how soon after the application fee is charged/check cashed will Utah mail the permit?

    Thank you.

If you're a Utah resident, then you should be getting it in the next 3 weeks or so. If you're not a Utah resident, then it will take another 5 weeks or so.

It took me 58 days to get my Utah permit in the mail as a Minnesota resident.

Myself and a couple of guys from work are going to go up to Angola, Indiana in the fall to take the class to get that Utah permit. Looking forward to it.

Mailed my packet on June 28th. Card was charged on July the 1st. I called them a few weeks ago and I was told that the current processing time is 45 days. For non-res add 15 days to get it packed up and out the door to you. I will be looking for mine on August 30th.
