The Crossbreed Supertuck is a good choice for just about anyone of any build.
Also good is the Comp-Tac Minotaur MTAC which is very similar to the Supertuck but with a few advantages. I have the Comp-Tac and love it.
I am 5ft. 1 inch tall and weigh in at 205lbs. I use a Phantom series kydex holster for my Glock 19 ajd I have worn it for 18 hours straight. Sitting,standing walking,driving and have had no problems. Oh IWB holster.

I also have a Super Tuck for a XDm .40/3.8. I currently weigh 274 down from 348 and am still loosing. The Crossbreed does a good job of spreading the weight of the weapon of your choice.
