Thanks to this site for providing links to the necessary info!
I spent much more time preparing; getting app filled out, notarized and driving to the HWP office. Total time in the building...Maybe 15 minutes.
I guess I was expecting this long, drawn out process that was going to take hours!
Now the wait...
