Switching license to different state

I just moved from Indiana to Florida. I have a lifetime conceal carry license for the state of Indiana. What is the easiest way to transfer it to Florida? Do I need to re apply or is it a simple transfer considering I already went thru the fingerprinting and all the background checks, also is there any discounts for Disabled Veterans in Florida.

There is no transferring it. You need to apply to FL to get their permit.
