I don't see a question/comment... but if you are asking about the Federal Gun Free School Zones Act of 1995, a federal law, currently in effect which effectively voids all concealed carry reciprocity agreements between states, and makes unlicensed carry a federal felony in all developed areas, it is well explained here: Concealed Carry Reciprocity is CURRENTLY banned under Federal Law.
