    Default conceal carry in a bar during non business hours

    I have Florida carry permit. A job has come up to take some measurements an giving a bid at a bar in a somewhat shady part of town. I would be there during non businesses hours.am I still legal to carry while on the job. Anyone know...?

    You'd still be legal. The law applies to patrons, not to people who're there for business purposes when the place is not open.

    I really like MN's law...I can carry there during open hours :-)

    You should carry -- especially you said the place is in a shady part of town. That qualifies. I wouldn't be without one if I were you.

    If your carrying concealed,who cares,keep it concealed.If your concearned about where you can and cannot carry legally,then you probably won't be carrying anywhere.If I know they don't have metal detectors,i'm going in.
