Is it legal to OC in tennessee if you have a CCW? Is it legal to OC in Tennessee if you have a CCW? I am a process server in Tennessee and this is why I originally got the CCW. If it is not legal then what do I need to do to make it legal? Also other than Parks and Schools, where else is it illegal to carry at all? Thanks for your help with this.

yes Tennessee is a "Handgun Carry Permit". Doesn't matter if you open or conceal carry. Be advised that metropolitan areas are better kept to concealed carry options, if you are able. Rural areas are probably not going to get you a second glance. But if you're walking around downtown Nashville (even though we're country) with your handgun on your hip, you will probably get ID'd.
Yes perfectly legal. I live near Knoxville and have been known to OC all around the area on occasion. I have never been IDd only a few "hey man sweet 1911" and a hot blonde girl gave me a "hey cowboy" at the Wal-Mart in Alcoa once.
