Indiana honors permits from all other states. However, Ohio does not accept Indiana permits.
Hello all,
My question is, on the Concealed Carry Map if i click on my home state of ohio it shows that Indiana accepts my Ohio CCW permit but, when I go to the state of Ohio website it does not show Indiana in it's Concealed Carry Reciprocity Agreements list. Which is correct? Here is a link to Ohio's site.
Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine - Reciprocity agreements
Thanks,

Not all CCW recognitions are two way. Kansas recognizes more permits than there are States that recognize Kansas permits.
Why doesn't Ohio reciprocate w/ Indiana?
Why all states don't reciprocate with one another is the question..![]()
For all States to agree to reciprocity, they would all have to agree that citizens of the U.S.A. have the RIGHT to bear arms. It would not be a privilege that requires a fee, training, finger printing or a background check.
