I'm just guessing, but it is suspicious.
Is this the same troll that posted thread: Alright guys help me out with this one
Slightly different name, but that's easy enough to get around by creating a new account.

oh I'm sure my posts are riddled with grammatical errors and punctuation violations. Which is my fault, sure the teachers do tell you how to do research, but they dont do the research for you. So I wont be citing anyone off a site that isnt supported by legitimate sources. But there is a plus to this side. If my post got 10 replys and all the replies either state" see an attorney" or " I dont know" then I would generally would put that "based on my opinions on CCW holders the questions I asked seemed to be far in between the lines of state law and federal and CCW owners sometime do not know the law 100% of the time but have a general idea of where to carry , how to carry but when it comes down to certain questions pertaining to legal battles, convictions and the like CCW owners arent too educated in that area". Something like that I would put in , which isnt a bad thing but just an objective view on my question.
hmm from most of the responses im getting , my whole outlook on CCW owners is going to change to from "hey CCW are awesome" to "CCW owners tend to judge others and stick to themselves and not offer assistance to anyone , but for themselves" which is unfortunate because all the CCW owners I know are pretty knowledgeable with the law(which they should be more in tune with the law than your average joe) I guess it varies a question that is suspicious is automatically flagged as a "troll". Just because I asked a detailed question pertaining to situations in which (I now know , CCW owners have no idea about convictions, the legal process in which they violate certain circumstances , information on licenses being revoked etc.) Dont you think it would prove to be useful to actually know this information for yourself? Learning about law on your own time is quite educational. I now know how to talk to police while "flexing my rights" because I went out looked at court cases, a few websites and testimonials of people. Guess where I found that info at? On "random sites" full of "trolls". And they proved to be right to the referance to the law with police encounters. So sorry you guys think that I'm a troll. So ill be going and as always remember Infantry Leads the Way-

Don't get your knickers in a bunch. You were provided constructive weblinks from a source you can cite, take that and be happy. You shouldn't generalize all ccw folks as jerks who refuse to assist others until every member of this community rejects you. It's not fair to those of us who have nothing constructive to add and so declined to chime in.
Also, you can contact the state prosecutors office and ask them. They will know the answer. Whether they give it to you or not is dependent on how nice you are on a phone call.
How much more info could you expect to get above what is available at the link navylcdr posted. That gives you access to the actual statutes, as opposed to the guesses and urban legends that you will find on all message boards. I doubt that a conference with an attorney would provide any more specific information than you can read at that link.
Message boards are not appropriate sources for legal advice, whether its for your "research paper", or whether you need it to deal with legal problem. Sorry we permit holders have failed to meet your lofty expectations of us.
We're not carrying concealed weapons to be cool or "awesome". We also don't carry so people can look up to us as non-judgmental, knowledgeable citizens. We carry to protect ourselves. Most of us are also not attorneys. The only laws we know are from researching them ourselves, just like you should be doing.
I would lose my permit after two misdemeanors but it would still be legal for me to carry in this State I would just lose reciprocity. I know the laws of my State, you need to read your own. At least two people have given you a link to your laws and you can go to the top of this page and follow links to your statutes. Most here would be happy to point you in the right direction but don't want to do the work for you. I have read enough law to know it is not the most exciting way to spend a few hours.
If your goal is to see if the members here can answer random questions the answer is yes we can. That doesn't mean we always will.
I would add that most of us aren't knowledgeable about the details of whether a plea to a misdemeanor in another state would be grounds for revocation of our license because we don't plan on breaking the law - whether felony or misdemeanor - any time in the near future.
