This just may be the funniest post I have seen here.
I clicked the link you posted and thank you for your service. I am going to order the "armed" and the ccw banner and wear them both at same time. I will not waste any money training or buying guns. These banners will serve at THE deterrent and I will never be a victim. Thanks for your educational post!

The wording reminds me of the police interview tapes of Jerome Ersland.

    "..Place two in his chest.."

    "..Gets it.."

    "..Putting one in her head.."

    "..itchy trigger fingers.."

Agree with Deserteagle... Leave loaded (reload if possible) and place it back in the holster. Get on the phone with 911 and stay on the phone until first officer enters and clears you. Use your foot to slide the weapon away from BG. I would not pick it up as you do not want your prints on the weapon and if the BG decides he is not dead, then he does not have his weapon. If you can give aid to anyone who may have survived do so. Make sure to keep your eyes on BG. If he is hype up no telling what he may do...I've seen people hyped up on meth that had been shot and did not know it. Keep hands visible and follow the instructions of the responding officers.

If the bad guy is down and you want to do a tactical reload then fine. Put your gun away, call 911, then call your attorney. If your weapon is concealed and your hands are visible then you should be fine. Give your description say you were attacked by an armed robber, and give your name. The advice to hang up is really good. When the cop arrives say you were threatened by the BG and are willing to file a complaint, point out the gun/knife and any witnesses, then tell them that you will cooperate after you have spoken with your attorney. Then shut up, many people have talked their way into free room and board for a number of years.

Hanging up on a 911 call does not stop them from keeping the line open in some areas. They can still hear and record your conversations. Call lawyer first and keep your mouth shut after hanging up on 911 if you do.

I have to go with caribou on who you should call first. Call 911 first so someone else doesn't call 911 while you are talking to your attorney. You can always call your attorney after the police arrive and secure the scene. You do not have to answer any questions until your attorney arrives...but it's a dangerous game letting others call 911 for you because you called someone else first.
God gets blamed for a lot of things now days, they ask “why would He let this happen?, Why doesn’t He stop it? I really don’t know, but I wonder if He wants to ask us the same questions. All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing
