Taurus 24/7 G2 45acp Compact as your CCW

I don't know if this has already been posted as I am new and there is just loads of posts and information here but does anyone own or have experience on CC with the Taurus 24/7 G2 45acp compact? Does it conceal well and what holster do you use? I like what I've read about the Taurus, how it looks, and that it fits within my budget. If there is a better 45acp for CC or if I shouldn't get the Taurus please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

I have the 24/7 pro in 45, bulky and it prints a bit. Look into rock island 1911s for the price range. Only issue I have had out of the taurus is the mags.

I have several carry guns and would like another and was looking for a compact 45 auto , thinking about Tarus , have one in 9mm is a great gun , but exta mags without they are Tarus don't have the exta grip extenion , only problem I have with it , also have Bersa Thunder 380 , most accurate out of box gun I've seen , a lot of Law Enforcement in our area use them for backup gun thats why I picked it , Love my Ruger P90 DC but a little to heavy , and I also keep a NORTH AMERICAN 22MAG MINI , if I can't dress to carry one of the others but it's just for last resort . Can't go wrong with 45auto if you can find one that you can conceal , no substitute for bullet weight , buget is my problem right now , lot of great compact 45's , unfortunately budget will have to make my choice for another carry gun .

i have the 24/7 pro compact G1 in .45 and love it. extended mag w/ the extra grip makes it 12+1. winter i'll OWB in a fobus paddle and you cant tell. warmer weather is another story. i have a galco IWB for it, but depending on the clothing, makes it hard to conceal. bought a TCP .380 for warmer carry for less clothes.

I have been carrying the g2 45 compact for about 6 weeks now and I really do like this firearm. I have owned several Taurus pistols over the years and have never had a problem with any of them. I found a Galco leather holster for a Springfield XD 45, Stinger part# SG444B. It's a right hand belt loop holster in black. Fits perfectly. Would be awsome if it came with a belt clip version but it is very concealable and is fine for most of my needs. I do have an ankle holster for times when belt carry won't do. As for the G2 45 compact, great weapon.

I carry the 24/7 G2 in 9mm... not compact though. Great gun, great feel, great price, accurate. XD holsters fit it like a glove. Any holsters out there for Springfield XD will fit great. Hope it helps.

I carry the Taurus G2C compact 40 cal in a single clip IWB nylon holster. With the extended mag it will sometimes poke the shirt but with the 11 round mag it's concealed. I like the ability to cant the gun in different positions depending on my situation (driving, sitting at a table, etc) My 1911 with a single stack mag is totally concealed with that holster.
