    Default Non Citizen NY/NJ CCL

    How hard if possible is it to get CCL in state of NY and in NJ for a non resident. I live on state line of NY and have my CT CCL but i always travel into NY and wanna get CCL there. Is it possible?

    NY doesn't issue non-resident permits. NJ does...in theory....but it's just about impossible for a NJ resident to get one...so....
