Makes me rethink the .380 Mustang Pocketlite as my summer carry choice... Need a little more oomph, though it sounds like shot placement wasn't the greatest.

Sure as Hell didn't look confident. Also, shooting the guy as he lay outside of the door might have been bad idea. What kind of gun was that..380?
Prosecutor said he isn't going to charge grandpa. Begs the question, age limit for ccw or advanced test when u get older? I'm not saying 71 is old, but that guy looked really confused. Maybe just scared? Who am I to say, I may have reacted same way. At least he reacted. Good for him anyway.

F'n a! +1 for the good guys. If we all continue to carry, perhaps these thugs will eventually wise up and realize that trying to knock off customers in places of business in gun friendly states may not be a wise choice after all.
