I wouldn't count on that. What is given out in many states is really only a brief description. GeorgiaPacking.org would probably be the best place to ask these questions. You can also find more info here:

Rules Agree he got his Ccw and sat through a class either he's a troll or just so stupid he didn't pay attention , in either case he shouldn't be concealing or open carrying a weapon ... Pepper spray is a better option or tazer op
Maybe he is maybe he is not a troll, but folks tend to be nervous and just want to be sure, check with your state CC office and request a copy of the regs.

C'mon guys who stand up for this thread. He says "can I carry pretty much anywhere?"---so he does not even know that there are state laws? If he is that "lame" the idea that he either is or will be CC is scary and ridiculous. Hey, I got to get away from this thread now, better conversations with a rock in a my garden.
