I have a CC for MI and in MI the law allows high cap magazines, when I am traveling I assume I must obey the laws of the state I am in/traveling thru.
Is there an easy way to see what states allow high capacity magazines or do I have to read thru each states laws?
Or is it best to just carry 10 rd mags when traveling?
Thanks,

Gun free zones are safe havens...........for criminals.
Laws govern the lesser man, Morals govern the greater man.
There is an app for Iphone / Ipad if you have one that tells all the states laws and which state recognizing your stateIt is called iCHL for iPad
Glock makes a ten round magazine for their pistols, I'm sure all the rest do as well. Without this capability they would not be able to sell their product in some States.

There's an Android app that has the same info. It's called LegalHeat.
A much better app is Readme Publication CCW 50 State for $2.99
I have both and CCW 50 State gives more info.

Just want to say, other than those 30 round things, there are no "high capacity" magazines in pistols. There are normal capacity mags, which are what the gun makers designed the guns to hold.
Then there are "Legislatively Reduced Capacity Magazines", for use in places like Kommiefornia.
