I have a class A license in Ma. and I am wondering what is the best way to legally carry in the states around me.
Do I have to go to each one or is there on state that has the best reciprocating license.....or is there a federal license yet?

The only federal license is for active or retired LEOs under LEOSA.

Best bet if you travel is to get UT, NH, FL and CT. You may want to get ME too since it's in your neck of the woods. Since MA recognizes or extends reciprocity to no one you're going to need to obtain more States for broader coverage.
