A review of our database revealed that your application was updated on our database on . Your fingerprint card was forwarded to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) to conduct the Florida criminal history record check. After the FDLE record checked the card was forward to the Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI) for the national record check. The results from these searches revealed some information that required further review.

We have 90 days from the date of a completed application to deny the application or issue the license. Whenever information is provided to us from FDLE/FBI that requires additional research- the 90 days are suspended and it can take as many as 180 days plus to issue a license or deny an application.
