Has NM bill passed for restaurant carry?

I am anxiously awaiting news about the bill that would allow us to carry in restaurants that serve alcohol. Any updates?

A friend who is involved in this said that it is not going to happen anytime soon. That sure reduces the places one can eat and carry as most serve alcohol.
