I am currently carrying a M&P 40 Large frame with a Blackhawk size 6 IWB holster. I was wondering if anyone had any good holsters for CC?

Also ar there any good accesories for training? If so what are they? I already have Trijicon Nightsights on it.

Stefan, Look at the Comp-Tac lineup of holsters.

The Minotaur MTAC Holster is quite popular and gets outstanding reviews.

Also take a look at Crossbreed SuperTuck as well as Galco KingTuk both very close to the MTAC, If your on a budget you can also check out the kholster, It's a descent holster just make sure you order it with the steel clips, also not as pretty to look at...but it's in your pants so who cares.
