The M&P will eat anything. Ammo selection is a non-issue. Holsters depend mostly on the user.

Hornady 135-grain +P FlexLock Critical Duty
    Crimson Trace grip laser
Tritium sights (getting 2 to test; don't want to name a winner just yet)
    S&W-branded rail-mounted LED light
    Desantis Kingston holster for car
Bedside Backup holster for night time
MPro7 cleaning kit, Bore Snake and Ballistol
Still evaluating carry holsters but will probably go for a shoulder harness (for 4.25"-barrel M&P)
    Laser-Ammo for dry fire practice
