In Texas at our CCW class we learned that if you paint your fence posts purple every so many feet then you can shoot to kill anyone who comes on your property. Honest to God, it is in the gun laws book we were given at class. God, I LOVE Texas.

Yeah, but laws on the books and case law aren't always the same. If they can fudge it, they will.

Try to find some case law in Texas pertaining to someone actually doing it and see how it played out in court for the defendant.

On a 20 parcel near here has a sign, Almost like that, Except is says "Surviviors will be shot again."

i like the one that says trespassers will be shot,survivors will be shot again,but i don't post any signs,if someone comes into my home and the dog doesn't get them then i have a surprise waiting.
