Zimmerman Documents

I really hate to start another thread on this but I finally read the "supposedly" actual affidavit presented to the judge in the bond hearing and the "supposedly" transcript of the 911 call Zimmerman made on the night of the shooting.

I say supposedly because both of these seem to conflict with almost everything I have heard about this case from the media and Internet posts. After I read the affidavit I understand completely why Alan Dershowitz says that that the special prosecutor should be charged with perjury. The statements in this are all based on opinion having no real basis in fact and what actually happened. Rather than a court document it sounded more like a rant off of the Internet by some irate mom trying to defend her son with his hand caught in the cookie jar. If this were not a court document but a newspaper article Zimmerman would have grounds for a slander and libel lawsuit.

In the phone call everything I have heard about the call has almost been BS. In the call before he ever hangs up he says that Martin is coming toward him not running to his house like in the affidavit. Once the 911 operator say "we don't need you to do that" he says OK and starts trying to tell her how to find the location. There is nothing in the call that would make one think that Zimmerman kept following Martin and everything to make one think he did not.

This has really made me think that Zimmerman is being railroaded a this is noting but political. I advise everyone to search for the documents on line and read them. I am not going to post the link to the site I used as although they are supposed to be the factual documents they are so out of line with the BS that I have heard I can't be sure.

As I said I hate to start a new thread but this has made me so whatever that I had to.
