Default Can someone "Shepardize" a gun-related criminal action case for me?

To anyone with access to the necessary resources, I need to know if this cite remains the disposition.

If there is a change, I would appreciate the cite, as well as a summary of the change. Thanks.

Gaddis v. State, 680 N.E.2d 860 (Ind.App. 1997)

Duane N. Gaddis, Appellant-Defendant, v. State of Indiana, Appellee-Plaintiff.

No. 49A02-9611-CR-727.

Court of Appeals of Indiana.

Steelhorse, I'm not quite sure of what you're asking but the decision was overturned on appeal. Here's the decision, hope it helps:

Ron,

"Shepardizing" refers to a process of consulting Shepard's Citations, or another legal citator, to see if a case has been overturned or reaffirmed.

The criminal action you've mentioned, is similar, and probably cited as precedent in that criminal action. It is helpful, but it doesn't answer the OP, if it has ever been overturned or affirmed by a higher legal authority.

Thanks Steelhorse, I'll keep that bit of legal jargon in mind. Even for an old guy it seems I can still learn something new.
